Key Management Team

Gary J. Petsuch | President & C.E.O. Gary J. Petsuch founded THE STAFFING SOLUTIONS GROUP (formerly known as United Personnel and Corestaff) in 1989. He brought forward 16 years of senior Human Resource experience mostly with McKesson Corporation. "I started this company with two fundamental concepts (1.) to provide World Class customer service 100% of the time and (2.) to treat every temporary like a client. My belief was that this would make my company highly successful, and it has."     Gary has a B.S. degree from Cal Poly Pomona in Business Administration and Finance and is an active member of NCHRA, TVHRA, H.R. Senior Roundtable and Contra Costa Council. He has been married for nearly 40 years and lives in Danville with his wife Nancy; they have 2 sons and 1 grandson. For mental therapy, Gary likes golf, working in the yard, A’s and Giants baseball and just being outside.

Lisa R.Vendl | Staffing Manager Ms. Lisa R.Vendl is our Staffing Manager in the Pleasant Hill office. She has over 22 years staffing experience, 12 of which are with The Staffing Solutions Group and reports directly to the President and Founder. Lisa helped design the Client Satisfaction Measurement (CSM) which measures client satisfaction with our placements, order by order and client by Client. The Pleasant Hill C.S.M. is consistently above 95%, that is to say 95 out of 100 temporaries placed meet or exceed client expectations. Gary Petsuch, the President and Founder says, “a 95%+ C.S.M. is likely to be the highest in the Bay Area”.      Lisa is a graduate of California State University – East Bay with a BA in English and a minor in sociology. Lisa’s hobbies are shopping, sewing, gardening, baking, decorating and volunteering at her daughters shool.
